Terms and Conditions

The “Terms and Conditions” govern the use of the All-Time Limo website. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. Therefore, it is advisable that you take time to read our terms before you proceed and use this website for booking vehicles.

Billing

You agree that:

  • All vehicle reservations are billed by All-Time Limo to the client’s corporate accounts or credit cards.
  • All-Time Limo only accepts major cards, including Visa card, Master card, Discover, and American Express.
  • We accept cash payments.
  • We will bill 20 percent gratuity for all rides and 15 percent fuel charges. Furthermore, an admin service fee also applies.
  • All rates published can change without notice
  • All rates are billed in US currency (dollars) at the current exchange rate
  • We will charge applicable taxes

Airport Pickups; and Pickup Points

At All-Time Limo, we shall give you a grace period of thirty minutes for local flights and a grace period for international flights. Nonetheless, you agree that waiting time for the grace period will be charged. 

You shall call our dispatch department immediately if you can’t locate our chauffeur. However, if you leave without any communication with us, we will consider your departure a ‘no show,’ thereby charging you the full amount.

Furthermore, we shall charge a fee equal to the wait time, gratuity, and fare for hourly or point-to-point service if you don’t arrive at the pickup location.

Damages

You shall be liable for the damages caused if you fail to abide by the following:

  • You agree not to smoke inside the vehicle or use illegal drugs 
  • You agree that the full capacity of passengers for the booked vehicle will not be exceeded
  • You agree that the chauffeur has full right to take action and terminate your agreement immediately in case of the client’s misconduct. Furthermore, you shall not be refunded. 
  • You agree that All-Time Limo reserves all rights to charge you extra for additional cleaning services or damages caused to the vehicle beyond the regular wear & tear.
  • You agree that All-Time Limo will not be accountable if the cash is paid to the chauffeur unless the payment is prearranged. 

Exceptions 

At All-Time Limo, we strive to provide prompt and professional services to our clients. However, you agree that you will not hold us responsible for service interruption, delay, inclement weather, vehicle breakdown, hazardous road conditions, and other reasons beyond our control. 

We shall not be responsible or held liable for personal items left in the vehicle. Therefore, taking all personal belongings before your trip is over is advisable.

Cancellations

  • Call us immediately if you want to make changes. Please call us at [Insert number] for cancellations. These shall be carried out between 6 am and 11:59 pm. Cancellations or changes made after 12 shall not be accepted.
  • Cancellation of service shall only be carried out via call. 
  • Please note that you can only cancel SUVs at [insert number] hours prior notice. Limousine cancellation should be made at three days (72 hours) notice, mini coach cancellations at [Insert number] hours prior notice, and shuttle buses at [Insert number] hours prior. 
  • Cancellation made after the specified timeframe shall result in a full charge.

You agree that All-Time Limo reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
